Do I need to book for my swim or activity?
Yes, booking is advised for all activities (unless the particular swimming session states 'no booking required' on the timetables. Booking is available on our website or app. Walk-ins can sometimes be accommodated if there is availability in the particular session. We advise you look at the timetables on this website and the app for session times and more details.
Anyone over the age of 14 years of age can make a booking to use the gym and studio. Anyone age 12-13 years can make a booking to use the gym and studio, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
The app isn't working for me - how can I book?
We suggest deleting and reinstalling the app to ensure you have the latest version. Then ensure you have the appropriate log-in account, Finally if you are still not able to use the app, please contact us for assistance or use the website booking system instead.
I can't create a log in for the booking system, what do I do?
View instruction on creating a log in. Please ensure you select the correct option depending on your situation (e.g. if you want a casual log-in, or you're a member). If you are still having difficulty, please contact us.
I made a booking, but I want to change it - how do I do this?
Please contact us and we will be able to advise. Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the start of your session time. Failure to cancel will incur a 'did not attend' record. Any member not scanning or registering in for 3 sessions in a single month period will have their booking rights withdrawn for a period of one week.
I am trying to phone, but the lines are busy - what can I do?
Our lines do get very busy, particularly during school holidays and at the weekend. Booking is on our website or app, but if you have another enquiry you need to speak to us about, please email us and include a phone number so we can get in touch for more information if required.

What is the difference between a fun and a family swim?
They are both the same type of swim incorporating the floats and more of a fun atmosphere, however they are charged differently. The family swim is a great-value set price for a family of up to 4 people and the group must include at least one adult/parent/carer whereas the fun swim is charged individually and children over 8 who can swim are able to enter the water alone.
How do I add guests or a baby to my swim booking?
Please ask at reception and we will be happy to assist.
Do I need £1 coins for lockers?
Our lockers require a £1 coin or round 'trolley token'. Our gym changing rooms at Bamber Bridge Leisure Centre use padlocks - customers can bring their own or ask to borrow one at reception.

Which lessons do you offer?
We run swimming, tennis, gymnastics and football lessons, along with badminton coaching. View more information on lessons and coaching
Do lessons stop for school holidays/Christmas?
Swimming lessons continue all year, with just a short break for Christmas. The exact dates of the break will be communicated on our website, social media and in the centres.
Do I get a refund for the lesson pause over Christmas?
No, the Direct Debit price you pay takes into account the pause over Christmas.
I want to change my child's lesson - how do I do this?
Please contact us and we will be able to advise.
Will you run intensive swimming lessons in the school holidays?
We often run intensive swimming lessons during school holidays. If these are planned we will advertise on our website, social media and in the centres.

How do I join as a member?
Firstly, you're welcome to come in for a show-round and to discuss your requirements with the team. Just ask at reception or contact us to arrange.
How do I cancel membership?
Please contact us and we will be able to advise.
I have just joined as a member and the system won't let me book?
Please ask reception and they will be able to help.
I previously had a membership, and when I try to rejoin the system won't let me use the same email address
