There has been an increase to some activity, lesson and membership prices this autumn.
As you may know, the costs associated with running our centres and swimming pools have been rising steadily. Despite these challenges, we have maintained our commitment to providing quality sport and leisure facilities at an affordable price for everyone in our community. In fact, we have managed to freeze our membership prices for 5 years.
Additionally, we have been investing in our facilities through our decarbonisation project, making our buildings more energy efficient. The centres are also going to benefit from our extensive refurbishment project and new equipment, which we look forward to sharing more on soon. To continue delivering the high-quality experience you deserve, it is necessary to adjust our memberships and pricing starting this autumn. Pay-as-you-go prices and selected memberships changed on 1 September 2024, with the remaining memberships changing on 1 November 2024. We would like to reassure our customers that our memberships are still outstanding value for money.

* We are not accepting new members for these specific plans. However, we will honour the membership for existing members on our updated pricing.
What happens next?
Members don’t need to do anything - you will have received a membership email with more details. Direct Debits will automatically change from the date in your email.
