Welcome! Here at South Ribble Tennis & Fitness Centre you will discover a great place to get fit, have fun and try new activities with family and friends. We have a wide range of facilities including a large gym, 5-a-side outdoor football pitches available to hire and a range of Les Mills virtual fitness classes to choose from. We also run an extensive programme of junior tennis and junior gymnastics lessons, and individual tennis tuition led by our outstanding instructors.

Accessibility
At South Ribble Tennis and Fitness Centre, we have:
- disabled car parking bays directly in front of the centre entrance
- accessible toilets with grab rail, seated shower and emergency pull cord and a separate baby changing facility near reception
- two DDA toilet and shower rooms
- single floor accessibility
- facility all on one level, with low gradient ramps (with hand rails) down to all courts for wheelchair access
- therapy/guide dogs are welcome and can be taken onto all viewing areas
- specialist access to certain gym equipment, e.g. step up to treadmill, recliner bikes and special seated arm bike for wheelchair access available
- free entry for carers, when caring - ask reception for details of bookable sessions
- discounts as part of the Leisure Card scheme.

- Thursday: 19:00-20:00, 20:00-21:00
- Friday: 19:00-20:00, 20:00-21:00

Gym
We offer a full range of gym equipment, including watt bikes and Boditrax body composition machine.
Fitness classes
We offer a wide variety of Les Mills Virtual fitness classes, available to both members and pay-as-you-go customers.
Most of our classes are suitable for ages 14+ (16+ for Body Pump) but please check the class details when you book.
Timetables are subject to change, please book on our website or app.
Tennis classes:
- Social Tennis (tennis and coffee morning), Thursdays 10:00 - 12:00
- Adult Improver Tennis Session (coaching and matchplay), Wednesdays 11:00 - 13:00
